Ingredients: a peeled and seeded butternut squash, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp cinnamon powder and salt to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the butternut squash cubes with sugar, cinnamon, olive oil and salt and coat them well. Put these into a baking tray and spread them over. Now, roast them and check them in between to check if they have become brown and tender. You might have to keep them for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Tips: While you are trying to cut the butternut squash, make sure that you cut the stem and the bottom end and then slice them in half. While peeling off the skin, you should remove the green streaks if they are there. Once you have cut them in halves, you can remove the seeds with the help of spoon.
