Bean sprouts are the edible and tender shoots from the beans when they get germinated. Cucumber – 1 cup, cut in small cubes
Chopped Onions – 1 small
Chopped Spring Onions – ¼ cup
Vinegar – 2 tablespoons
Castor Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Coriander Leaves – for dressing
- Combine Vinegar, Sugar, Oil and salt in a bowl and then mix them well till the sugar gets dissolved. Keep it aside.
- Combine all the other ingredients in another bowl and mix them well.
- Keep it refrigerated.
- Add the coriander leaves and serve them cold.
