Ingredients:
2 soft avocados
1-2 finely chopped chillis (stems and seeds removed)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
½ finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
½ tsp coarse salt
Ground black pepper
½ chopped tomato (seeds and pulp removed)
Method:
Mash the avo flesh using a fork. Add the chopped onion, coriander, lemon, salt and pepper and mash some more.
Add chili to your taste and mix the chopped tomato to the guacamole just before serving.
