Select-A-Salad receives 80% of its produce from the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (JFPM) and 20% is sourced from farms directly. Receiving the majority of their produce from the JFPM enables us to source fresh ingredients on a daily basis to ensure the best quality is delivered to their clients.
